00:01 Hello , everyone . I'm Max from the most learning
00:06 and welcome to your learn on your feet class .
00:08 Today's lesson is gonna be for our eighth graders doing
00:10 L . A and our dance . Let's get right
00:13 into the dance portion of today's lesson . This step
00:15 doesn't really have a specific name , but it's a
00:17 rocking step , so it's very simple . It starts
00:19 very simple , and it works itself up to be
00:21 a little bit harder . So what you want to
00:22 do first is take whatever dominant foot that you have
00:25 starting from our base position and that shoulder width apart
00:27 starting from neutral position , you want to step out
00:30 to the side 12 And then from there you can
00:32 go POW rice stepping around the side , pa to
00:36 Ray . And that's a triple step . All right
00:38 , so let's try that again . Ready ? 12
00:41 Then you have right , left , right . And
00:44 once you step that right foot down your left foot
00:46 comes up again to start the step all over again
00:48 . So let's try , right ? Right , left
00:52 around . We go left right around where you go
00:59 . What makes it really cool is having , like
01:00 , a little bounce to your shoulders as you go
01:02 through it . 12345678 Right , so that's kind of
01:10 what I want you guys to focus on is having
01:11 a little bit more relaxed as we go through .
01:13 It's very similar to what we did before Step and
01:17 Cabaret , but we're taking it to the side and
01:21 keeping it grounded instead of jumping into it . So
01:25 that's the difference between the two . Let's try that
01:26 a couple of times just to see how it feels
01:28 Moving at full speed . Ready 5678 You have 12345678
01:37 again . 12345678 And there you have it . That
01:43 finishes up our dance step . Now let's move on
01:45 to the question portion of today's learn on your feet
01:47 video . Let's get right into the question . The
01:50 question is , what is the plot of the story
01:53 ? Is it a , B , C or D
01:57 ? I'll give you guys a couple of seconds to
01:59 find the best solution . Great job , everyone .
02:05 If you answered B the series of events that make
02:08 up the story , then you're correct . Great job
02:11 , and there you have it that finishes up today's
02:13 eighth grade . Learn on your feet , video .
02:15 Once again . My name is Max from the most
02:17 learning . I hope you guys enjoyed dancing with me
02:18 and I'd love to dance with you guys more .
02:20 So please , you've got more information that we most
02:22 learning dot com to find out when we're dancing next
02:24 . Thank you all very much and hope to see
02:26 you soon . Mhm . Yeah , yeah , yeah
00:0-1 .
