The way people talk has changed a lot. People used to call each other on the phone. Today, people text, email, and instant message each other. This means that people are writing more than ever. All of this writing is both good and bad. Some of the good things related to writing are it gives extra practice in using words to express oneself. It is bad because people cannot see one another's faces when they are "talking."
