A fishing tournament was held at Grindstone Lake in Hinckley, Minnesota. The tournament had 40 men and 30 women participants. The rules of the tournament allowed the participants to catch only one fish and they had to release the fish if it was shorter than 9 inches long. During the tournament, 19 of the men and 16 of the women had to release the fish they caught. What is the probability that a randomly chosen participant kept the fish he/she caught, given that a participant is a man?
