Please read the selection below, determine which sentences are contrary to the fact stated in the text.

The Texla County School Board was in session to discuss several items at the November 2015 scheduled meeting. The board president, Mr. Argople, wanted to know the opinions of all school principals relating to the adoption of a new dress policy. Board members had received numerous reports from faculty, parents and the community regarding inappropriate dress at the junior high and high school. Surveys had been distributed throughout the education community to encompass all members and to receive input prior to the meeting. The names of all participants were kept on file and electronically marked when a survey was turned in to the offices. The survey company kept all surveys in locked areas when submitted and did not allow any of those surveyed to be present during tabulations. The results had been tallied by an out of town survey company to insure no bias or prejudice in the matter. No one was allowed to review the data prior to submission to the board on the night of the meeting.

After the data was compiled, reports were given to all board members and principals for review. It had been noted that even a majority of students were concerned about student dress. Such attire that was deemed inappropriate included baggy, saggy pants worn by both male and female students, as well as revealing tops and boots with taps.

The board unanimously voted to put a uniform policy in place. Students did not have to purchase the school uniforms sold in stores but could do so if they chose. The uniform policy mainly focused on students wearing pants or slacks that fastened at the waistline and tops that had to have sleeves on them. No logos were to be allowed on any outwear, and undergarments could not show outside of their tops. Shoes could not have taps or cleats on them while in class or in the main buildings.

Which statements below are contrary to the fact stated in the selection? Highlight all that apply.
  1. Students could not wear taps or cleats in the main building with the new rule.
  2. The ruling was biased in regards to female discrimination.
  3. The ruling would negatively impact school sports.
  4. All of the above.
